1. When will I receive tracking information? Your order typically takes 24-48 hours to be processed. Once your order is prepared for shipment, we'll update our system with your tracking number. You will receive the tracking information via the email used for your order confirmation.

2. Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship to the USA and various other global destinations. Please refer to the estimated shipping times below:

Shipping Time: This is the period it may take for your item to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. Generally, orders arrive within 5-15 business days. Any processing or shipping delays will be communicated to you via email.

Note that shipping time does not include processing & handling time.

Delivery Window: If you need to change your shipping address after an order has shipped, there may be an additional fee charged by the carrier, ranging from $100-$500+. The carrier will offer delivery options for your freight order. If you cannot accept the delivery, the carrier may return the item or charge a storage fee.

If a package is refused and returned to the sender, it will be treated as a return, and a restocking fee will apply as per our return policy.

What if my package arrives damaged? If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage at support@zealotsupply.com within 48 hours of receipt. After 48 hours, damage replacements may be denied.

Once confirmed, we will send a return label and ship a replacement order. Installed appliances with incurred damage cannot be replaced or repaired. Inspect your delivery before confirming it to ensure it is in proper condition. If the package appears damaged, note "Package Damaged" and inform us immediately.

Missing parts? If you receive an incomplete order, contact us at support@zealotsupply.com, and we will send the missing parts at no additional cost.

3. When will my order ship? Orders take 1-2 business days to process. Once processed, orders ship from our USA warehouses with an estimated shipping time of 5-10 business days. Any delays will be communicated via email.

4. Where is my order shipping from? Orders are shipped from our USA warehouses. We have locations in NY and TX and work with various brand manufacturers for efficient shipping. Domestic orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, while international orders use DHL or EMS. Larger orders may use custom freight carriers or LTL Freight Shipping. Shipping updates will be provided.

5. Are you an authorized dealer? Yes, we work with manufacturer brands across the USA. Manufacturers interested in partnering can email support@zealotsupply.com.

6. My order hasn't arrived yet. How can I check the status? Allow 5-15 business days for order delivery after shipment. Check order status via the "Track Your Order" page. If tracking information is not updated within 1 business day, contact support@zealotsupply.com.

7. My package says "delivered," but I did not receive it. Check with neighbors and your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@zealotsupply.com. We will verify and investigate your situation and send a replacement if necessary.

8. I provided the wrong address at checkout. What do I do? Email us within 24 hours to correct the address. We cannot guarantee address changes after this period as the order may be processed.

9. I haven't received a refund. What should I do? Refunds take 5-15 business days to process. If you haven't received your refund, check with your bank. If you still need assistance, contact us at support@zealotsupply.com.

10. I want to exchange an item. How should I proceed? To exchange an item, ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@zealotsupply.com to arrange the exchange.

11. I'm missing a part or something hasn't arrived yet. What should I do? If your order is incomplete, contact us at support@zealotsupply.com for assistance.

12. I provided the wrong address at checkout. What do I do? Contact us at support@zealotsupply.com within 24 hours to correct the address.

13. I want to cancel my order. How can I do this? To cancel your order, contact us at support@zealotsupply.com with "Cancel, Order#" and your order number. Try to cancel within 24 hours. If the order has already processed, you may need to wait for delivery and then return it.

14. My item arrived damaged. What happens next? If your item arrives damaged, contact us at support@zealotsupply.com with "Item Damaged, Order#", a photo of the damage, and relevant information. Once verified, we will send a replacement within 1-2 business days.

15. What are the payment options on your website? We accept American Express, Discovery, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, and Amazon Pay through Stripe and Shopify Payments.
